We have kayak and paddleboards to rent or join a daily sea kayak trip for a guided ocean adventure. Start your paddle in downtown Boothbay Harbor and weave your way through lobster bouys, hidden gems and historic landmarks as you explore the rugged coastline and enjoy a one of a kind sea kayaking or paddleboarding experience.
Kayak & Paddleboard Rentals
Experience the enchanting allure of Boothbay Harbor with our kayak and paddleboard rentals, offering access to breathtaking scenery, hidden coves with shipwrecks, and the historic Burnt Island Lighthouse. Conveniently located on the water in downtown Boothbay Harbor, next to the footbridge in the green Chowder House Building.
Wide Rental Selection
We offer a wide variety of single and tandem kayaks as well as paddleboards for your paddling pleasure.
Flexible Rental Times
Paddleboard and Kayak rentals are available from 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week, for 2 hour, 4 hour, 8 hour and weekly rates.
Two Rental Locations
We provide kayak and paddleboard rentals from our two shops – downtown Boothbay Harbor and Colonial Pemaquid State Park.
Your Own Adventure
Enjoy an abundance of wildlife, peaceful coves, rocky coastline and pristine islands as you explore the majestic Maine coast.

We provide you with all the equipment you need, navigational chart, a safety lecture and orientation as well as tips on where to go.
Delivery or Pick-up
We offer a $20 flat rate delivery charge within 10 miles of either shop location and 75¢/mile beyond that or you can pick-up for free.

We offer 2-hour harbor and sunset trips from our downtown Boothbay Harbor location. Additionally, enjoy our half-day lighthouse tours for a an opportunity to tour Burnt Island Lighthouse.
