Maine Sea Kayaking Inn to Inn TripsSea Kayaking Inn to Inn Trips are offered as Two-Day and Four-Day coastal Maine Bed and Breakfast sea kayaking getaway. Enjoy sea kayaking the splendor of sheltered bays and rocky coastlines during the day while relishing the comfort of hot showers and soft, cozy beds in the evenings. Basic sea kayaking skills, boating technique, and safety will be taught before enjoying a Two-Day bed and breakfast trip or a Four-Day sea kayaking inn to inn adventure. All equipment, transportation, Registered Maine Guide, and meals are provided, as are seaside accommodations at coastal inns.  Sea kayaking Inn to Inn trips are available with a minimum group size of 2, or join an existing trip.


Boothbay Two-Day Inn to Inn Sea Kayaking Trip –

Boothbay Harbor LighthouseMaine Kayak’s two-day Boothbay Harbor coastal inn retreat begins with a full day of sea kayaking, exploring the harbors and coves of Johns Bay and the outlet of the Damariscotta River.  We stop for a seaside picnic lunch and rest for the afternoon paddle to the beautiful southern tip of Ocean Point in East Boothbay.  The coastal inn provides all amenities including resort lodging and gourmet meals.  After a hearty breakfast, the second day of paddling is spent exploring Linekin Bay, Johns Bay and the Pemaquid River on our way to the take-out at historic Colonial Fort William Henry State Park.  Meeting time is 9:00 am and all equipment, lodging and meals are included.

Four Day Inn to Inn Sea Kayaking Trip –

Johns Bay Sea KayakingFour-Day Boothbay Inn to Inn Sea Kayaking Trip – Maine Kayak’s Four Day Boothbay Inn-to-Inn trip will begin at our kayak base in New Harbor, Maine and paddle through Johns Bay to the Boothbay region. During our four days on the water, we will enjoy a scenic and leisurely paddle to Linekin Bay and Boothbay Harbor, exploring the inlets and islands of these amazing waters, stopping for a stay at two beautiful seaside resorts on Ocean Point and the Boothbay peninsula – Ocean Point Resort and the Rocktide Inn.

The Four Day Boothbay Inn-to-Inn trip begins the same as the Two Day Boothbay Inn-to-Inn trip, with exploration of Johns Bay, the Damariscotta River and East Boothbay’s Ocean Point.  Ocean Point Inn Boothbay Harbor MaineAfter a delicious breakfast on the morning of day two, we will enjoy the scenery and wildlife of Linekin Bay and Boothbay Harbor with an island stop for a picnic lunch, on our way to our welcome coastal resort retreat and gourmet dinner at the Rocktide Inn. Enjoy coffee and pastries overlooking the scenery of Boothbay Harbor before setting out for another full day of sea kayaking. Day three will be spent exploring the inlets, lighthouses and islands of Boothbay Harbor, complete with sea side picnic, on our way back to Ocean Point Inn for another wonderful bed and breakfast stay. Wake to fresh coffee on the inn’s harborside porch – a wonderful way to begin the last day on the water. Day four will be spent enjoying scenic Johns Bay and Pemaquid Harbor on our way back home. Meeting time is 9:00 am and all equipment, lodging and meals are included.
